Fans of dance sensation Babes Wodumo have been left red-faced.
It has emerged the dance music sensation pulled the wool over South Africans’ eyes with her “missing USB” video, which was nothing but a publicity stunt to create hype for her next single “Ghanda Ghanda”.
The Wololo hitmaker released a video on Monday night explaining that she had lost a USB drive, that contained an unmastered song.
She begged fans to send her a link to the song to so she could delete it.
Social media users were confused about how her request was technically possible.

However, a few hours later the singer announced that she had located the “missing USB” and that her single Ghanda Ghanda is due for release on Wednesday on iTunes.
